On-Site Assessment (free if you become a client!)

One of our plant experts will spend an hour with you in your space, in order to assess the following:

Opportunities for placement (floor plants, table/windowsill plants, hanging plants, wall-mounted options)
Your style and color palette (so we can suggest planters that will compliment your existing decor)
Desired care level (plants necessitating weekly vs bi-weekly vs monthly watering/care)

Proposal will include planter options, recommended placement and quantities, and suggested plant options.
Knowing the maximum you’d like to spend is helpful, so we can create options that do not exceed what you’re looking to spend! We can work with any budget. Planter types, plant species, and overall quantities impact overall pricing. For example, if you want to spend more of your budget on specific pots or perhaps on a higher quantity of plants, we can make it work for you.

Ordering (50% deposit required upon confirming services, though full payment would be required if install is confirmed with only 2 weeks notice)

Once we’ve gone over the proposal with you and figured out planters/quantities/placement, we require a 50% deposit before we begin ordering.
Plant Selection:

You are welcome to be as hands on or hands off with plant selection as you’d like! Some clients want us to choose everything for them, as long as they are suitable plants for the space/desired care levels. Others want to OK any and all selections. Wherever you are on that spectrum is fine with us! Just let us know.

We get plants in weekly, with a deadline of 12PM on Tuesdays for Thursday arrival to the shop.
Planters vary, but generally take at least 2-4 weeks to arrive. The faster we figure out your planters, the better! Plants are much faster of a turnaround for us.

For commercial clients, we generally recommend not potting your larger, floor plants. In the event that your plants need replacing (physical damage, decline of health, pests, etc), it’s very easy to replace them if they are still within their nursery pots and simply placed into a larger decorative pot. If you’d prefer potting, we are happy to do so on-site (we do not transport potted floor plants that are in a 10” diameter nursery pot or larger due to increased weight and higher risk of damage during transport)

For smaller plants, we can also set them into a decorative pot; however, we do recommend repotting to elongate the need for watering as smaller plants are prone to drying out faster.
Repotting pricing depends on size of planter/amount of soil needed, and if we are building in any additional drainage layers.
