Guest Workshops & Classes at B.Willow

We regularly host workshops taught by members of our artist and small business community. These guest classes range in type, but all share the theme of connecting participants with nature, engaging the senses, and learning something new. You can find tickets and more information about these events listed on our Eventbrite. We are always looking to partner with new guest workshop teachers. The Details:

  • Held above B.Willow in our private workshop space (not wheelchair accessible)

  • Up to 18 attendees (seated)

  • Up to 25 attendees (standing)

  • Scheduling available Tuesday/Thursday/Friday and weekends!

    • Class must conclude by 7PM weekdays and 6PM weekends.

  • Must have experiencing teaching classes

Not looking to collaborate on a class, just interested in hosting your own workshop?

  • Fee: $250 (during biz hours, $75 extra/hour if your event goes past retail hours)

  • You handle ticket sales 

  • We’re happy to share any marketing material you have!

  • 3 hour window including setup and breakdown 

  • What’s provided:

    • Tables (BYO tablecloths)

    • Chairs

    • Full kitchen

  • Please note, this only applies to ticketed public workshops, not private parties. We do rent the upstairs for private events, click here for more info!

Interested in collaborating on an event together?

  • We’d love to brainstorm with you on how we could work together. Generally this means the event will be botanical in theme, with guests leaving with a plant.

  • We’d handle ticket sales and would be actively marketing the event (creating co-branded flyer, advertising on socials, mailing list and in shop).

  • No fee, we would figure out a ticket split (minimum $20 to B.Willow)
