Stress is a part of life. When we can confront what is causing us stress, notice patterns of behavior, and discover how stress manifests itself in the body, we can be more prepared to manage stress on a daily basis.
In this a two hour class, we’ll discuss some of the more common physical manifestations of stress, such as insomnia, headaches, skin conditions, anxiety and fatigue. You’ll learn how to build and maintain a healthy nervous system with the help of herbs and other stress relieving practices, and at the end of class, you’ll use your new found knowledge, along with your own intuition, to create a custom tea or tincture to take home!
